Be Good. Be Kind.

The phrase "Be Good" started with our dad and over time became a bit of a family motto.  It wasn't just about behaving well or not getting into trouble -- it was more than that.  It was a belief that if we are good -- to ourselves, to each other, to everything around us -- then the world will be a better and kinder place.   Goodness begets Kindness, and Kindness is contagious.  We believe that everyone is born with Goodness and that we all have the capacity for Kindness.  This website is a way to share quotes, articles, videos, and photos that will hopefully brighten your day, lift your spirits, and maybe even inspire you to share your Goodness and Kindness with others.
